1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processed and shipped.
- Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped and is placed within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Orders canceled before shipment.
- Orders not delivered within 15 working days.
- Payment deducted but order not processed due to technical failure.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
No refund is applicable once the product is dispatched, used.
For physical goods (like biometric scanners), no refund will be issued if the seal is broken or the product has been used.

- All biometric devices with activated RD service.
- Software licenses or downloadable products.
