The Mantra MATISX is a rugged, portable, and easy-to-use dual IRIS biometric scanner designed for high-accuracy simultaneous capture of both irises. Built for demanding biometric enrollment and identification applications, the MATISX delivers greater speed and accuracy than single-eye devices — making it the ideal choice for Aadhaar authentication, border control, banking KYC, government ID programs, and enterprise access control.

Powered by Near Infra Red (NIR) illumination and a progressive scan sensor with over 210-pixel IRIS diameter capture, the MATISX operates flawlessly in varying ambient lighting conditions. Its auto-capture mode with built-in quality check incorporating NIST quality considerations ensures reliable captures every time, with an exposure time of under 33ms and a frame rate of 10+ fps.

The device is fully certified: UIDAI Certified VDM (as per latest UIDAI device capture API specifications), STQC Certified, ISO/IEC 19794-6:2011 compliant for IRIS image interchange, CE & FCC Part 15B Class B certified, and IP65 rated for dust and water resistance.
