Returns & Refunds
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible. To cancel, please go to your order history or contact our support team.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and grocery items, returns are only accepted if:
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The product is damaged or tampered with.
- The wrong item was delivered.
3. Refund Process
Once your return/cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. For COD orders, we may offer store credit or bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like fresh produce, dairy products, and cooked food items are non-returnable once the seal is broken or if they were delivered in good condition.
