1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across New Delhi and selected NCR regions. We are constantly expanding our reach to serve more neighborhoods. Enter your pincode at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of ₹40 applies. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout page.
3. Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 4-6 hours. However, depending on the availability of products and your location, it may take up to 24 hours. You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section.
4. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Our delivery partner will call you upon arrival. If the first delivery attempt fails, we will attempt to redeliver at a later time.
